James Beard Award-winning Chef Emeril Lagasse owns and operates 10 restaurants in cities nationwide: New Orleans, Las Vegas, Miramar Beach, FL, and Bethlehem, PA. All of Chef Emeril’s restaurants and teams strive for the best in two pillars of the industry: excellent service and outstanding cuisine. Each restaurant’s menu is unique, created by the chef de cuisine and his team and overseen by Chef Emeril. Cooks at Meril are responsible for preparation of high-level fine cuisine with strict adherence to recipes and quality standards. We are looking for candidates that have experience in a fast-paced, fine dining kitchen. Culinary school training is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
