Chef Emeril Lagasse owns and operates 10 restaurants in cities nationwide: New Orleans, Las Vegas, Miramar Beach, FL, and Bethlehem, PA. All of Chef Emeril’s restaurants and teams strive for the best in two pillars of the industry: excellent service and outstanding cuisine. Each restaurant’s menu is unique, created by the chef de cuisine and his team and overseen by Chef Emeril. Management Positions
