Featuring an amazing assortment of seafood, steaks and chops with a Creole flair, there is truly something for everyone at Emeril’s Fish House. Emeril’s Fish House joins two other Emeril-founded restaurants which opened in 2009 at Sands Bethlehem: Emeril’s Chop House and Burgers and More by Emeril. All three restaurants from Emeril are the only northeast restaurant locations the chef has. Emeril’s Chop House provides an extensive wine list and traditional steakhouse fare. Diners can enjoy prime steaks and chops as well as seafood. Burgers and More by Emeril is the chef’s first gourmet burger restaurant. It features prime burgers, including build-your-own, along with a full bar in a casual dining environment complete with seven flat screen televisions.
“I am excited to be able to share my Fish House concept at the Sands Bethlehem,” said Emeril Lagasse, Chef and Restauranteur. “We have a wonderful partnership with the Sands Bethlehem and I am proud of the bold Creole flavors, the atmosphere and the entire experience at the Fish House that our team will work hard to bring to guests that come from all over.”
