Emeril’s Delmonico presents a Lobster Dinner
Calling all lobster lovers! Emeril’s Delmonico invites diners to indulge in a five-course, lobster-centric menu, each course paired with exquisite wines, as part of their Lobster Dinner on August 23.
Chef de Cuisine Anthony Scanio will prepare special items for guests to enjoy, including: Lobster Beignets, with scallion aioli; Caribbean Lobster Salad, with monkfish carpaccio, mango, avocado, cilantro and cashew; Maine Lobster Ravioli, with pancetta and sweet corn; and Lobster and Chanterelle Thermidor, among others.
Dulce de Leche Chocolate Cake, complete with fresh raspberries, dulce de leche mousse and Chantilly whip will conclude the meal.
Wine pairings, selected by head Sommelier Papillon Prince, include: Henri Bourgeois Sauvignon Blanc, Domaine du Chalet Pouilly Chardonnay, Ysios Tempranillo, Clos de la Roilette Cuvee Tardive and house made strawberry grappa.
