Emeril’s Delmonico presents a Caviar Dining Experience
Emeril’s Delmonico invites diners to a celebration of globally sourced caviar with a four-course dinner menu and exquisite wines, all part of their Caviar Dining Experience on July 18.
Special items, including Smoked Trout Ravioli, with trout roe, cucumber, and dill butter; Yellowfin Tuna, with saffron risotto, wasabi flying fish roe and roasted sweet pepper vinaigrette; and Beef Tournedos Rossini, featuring foie gras, Louisiana paddlefish caviar, spinach, celery root puree and black truffle-madeira sauce, among others. The four-course menu, expertly prepared by Chef Anthony Scanio, will be available as part of the $150 dinner menu (per person/excludes tax and gratuity).
Wine pairings, selected by head Sommelier Papillon Prince, include G.H. Mumm Champagne, Pieropan Soave, Chateau de Sancerre, Reserves des Bertrands “Elegance” Provence and Paolo Scavino Barolo.
