Celebrate Mardi Gras with Emeril's Restaurants in New Orleans
Emeril’s restaurants in New Orleans welcomes Carnival Season with fanfare by offering special hours and menu items in festive settings for guests to enjoy.
Let Meril, the latest by Chef Emeril Lagasse, be your headquarters for Mardi Gras fun. Available now, guests can enjoy festive cocktails and a dessert, including the Flambeaux Punch, with rum, passionfruit, banana and ginger syrup, set aflame tableside; the Purple Knight, with bourbon, Lillete, lemon and blueberry; and the Tres Leches King Cake, for starters. And beginning January 26, revelers can grab Meril food to-go, with a special Street Food Menu, served to-go in Meril go-cups. The menu will be available at the bar through Mardi Gras Day. Choose from items like the Korean Fried Chicken; Beef Taquitos with Chipotle May; and Cotton Candy, just to name a few.

Pastry Chef Jeremy Fogg brings back his famous King Cake Monkey Bread, with different weekly flavors, including Coconut (1/23-29), Strawberry and Creole Cream Cheese (1/30 – 2/5), and Cookies and Cream (2/6-12). Guests can indulge in equally delicious Mardi Gras-inspired cocktails, including the Berry Bacchus, made with Cathead Vodka, Chambord, ginger-mint syrup, and lemon and lime juice; Muse’s Green Mary – a festive take on the classic Bloody Mary; Golden Orpheus, with Skyy Blood Orange Vodka, Elderflower Liqueur, thyme simple syrup and grapefruit; and a King Cake Milk Punch.
Emeril’s New Orleans is located at 800 Tchoupitoulas St. and is open for dinner starting at 5 p.m. During Mardi Gras, the restaurant will be opening early on February 8, 9, 10 and 12, from 11:30a.m. to 2 p.m., and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The restaurant will be open for dinner on Sunday, February 11, from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. The restaurant will be closed on Mardi Gras Day.
